The other night we were out and about when Garrett asked if I wanted to go to District Donuts. I had been thinking about them every single day of the week. It’s an easy feat when they’re as delicious as they are and your favorite new place makes a variety every single day. It’s like falling in love. It’s all you can think about and your heart goes pitter patter and you know that you belong together. Spotting the wedding cake donut made me giddy and Garrett picked the mint chocolate chip. It was a bit too warm to sit outside but we couldn’t resist.
Surprisingly, I have found myself going to the gym several times a week. It’s weirdly enough been the best therapy. Previously I would curl up into the fetal position if someone even said the word gym around me. It’s a definite improvement for my posture and I am really enjoying how it makes me feel. This rhythm of actually getting a good night’s sleep, eating scrumptious treats, and sweating my bum off is turning into something wonderful. What a life.
